Another shooting in the U.S.A., in a primary school this time. Just the other day I wondered why the door of our school isn't locked. Anyone can wander in. There are parents roaming the halls at odd hours. Pupils can actually walk out. I know it's slander to say so on line, but my Head is in fact incompetent.
