• Sun, 22:35: Almost Father's day: LB's teachers asked for pictures of Papa's car and job. Mothers otoh were portrayed as caring and staying at home.

Seen in supermarket today: books for toddlers about "What I want to be when I'm grown". Of course there is a boy and girl version. Boy version included pirate, fire fighter, astronaut, inventor etc. Girl version had a princess on the cover - I don't know what was inside...

I've seen books like these as well. Had to check them out before taking them home, and the girl was quite fun: featured both surgeon and dancer. Only point of critique: girl was pink, boy blue.
