All of a sudden it's humidly hot. He thinks so too. And where others reserve the indecent showing of naked body parts for temperatures well into the thirties, he doesn't bother waiting for the Summer days. So passers by get treated to a view of naked belly and wobbling male boobs. His shorts can hardly contain an extremely large behind. He gestures and mumbles at onlookers, but doesn't notice the one with the camera phone, capturing him for all the world to see.
