* A hug from Y. and her Mama saying someone clearly missed me.

* The pupils notice much more airplanes than usual are flying over Brussels today. When explaining to my forth grade this is due to a strong wind coming from the East and planes having to fly against the wind when landing, M.'s eyes twinkle and she nods in apprehension. She actually gets my rambling explanations of things that are in fact too difficult for that age.

* Four little children huddling together in the house I built as part of the reading corner.

You see, I hadn't realized that the place to hide was in your classroom - I'd been briefly wondering why there were tiles in LB's bedroom, but as Kingston has got tiles in his, I forgot about that again.

There are just not enough comfy places at schools.

Little Bit's bedroom is still more a place to put stuff out of harms way, than to play. She just plays where-ever Mama and Papa are, and only sleeps in her room.
