Gever Tulley, the founder of Tinkering School and writer of Fifty Dangerous Things (you should let your children do), gives a fifteen minute talk on what could have been his pedagogy when he started his school project. It's more a philosophy on the concept of learning, and should be an inspiration for every teacher.
