As the subject line indicates: I went on foot (and am sore now *g*). The walk didn't have anything to do with the traffic jams, but simply because I had to hand something in at another school en route to the school where I had to teach, and walking would be more efficient than taking the metro. So we left home at 7:30, I dropped LB off at the daycare, and set on my walk. An hour later I arrived at my destination in time to prepare for teaching. And hadn't I stopped to take pictures, walked at a leisurely pace and lingered some time at the first school, I'd arrived even earlier.
Today I'm at home with a sick child. Poor Little Bit. :-(
It's probably a reaction to the vaccination she got last week. She's spending the night and tomorrow with the in-laws. Probably being very healthy, because her fever had gone in the evening.
