franceslievensMe: Wow, that's quite a full schedule of social events you have for the next two weeks.
A.: Yep. In fact I'm meeting up with Recently Resigned Colleague. She's gonna tell me all about the fabulous non-teaching job she's doing now.
Me: Ah, you still see her? I never got to know her that well when I taught at your school.
A.: It's not like she's my best friend, but we did teach the same subject, and one tends to talk more often in that case.
Me: True. Taking in the fact I was the only morality teacher for the senior years at your school, I didn't have anyone to talk to.
A.: Then how in hell did we end up talking in the first place?
Me: We had to take the same tram.
