Holiday Home Improvement

What I hate about Summer break is all the other people on break that use their time at home to do some home improvement. While I'm lazing around in bed I get rudely awakened by hammering, grinding and the normal bustle of people building things, tearing them down, rebuilding. Why can't they do it quietly?
