Me: Yes, that's my natural colour.
Kid: No, that's not.
Me: Yes, it is. I just haven't dyed it for ages.
Kid: It was red.
Me: Because I dyed it red.
Kid: No, it was red.
Me: (stunned in silence)

So dear reader, should I consider dyeing my hair back to red? I only confuse my pupils with the natural hair colour. In their eyes I'm a redhead.

Hee! That story made me giggle. You should stick with whatever color works for you at the moment and if any of your other students ask about it, just say, "I got bored". LOL

It made me role my eyes at the kid! I think I actualy said "I got bored", because I got bored with dyeing my hair every couple of weeks!

You should just dye it a new colour every Sunday night. That'll keep them on their toes! :-)

Of course I'm not going to obey. Lazy me is tempted to have haircuts until all the red is gone, and then we'll see. Maybe I'll start dyeing it again.
