Thanks to
syderia I've downloaded a Firefox add-on that keeps track of both my messages and friendslist for me, meaning I don't have to check LJ hundreds of times a day to see if one of you, dear readables, has said something new. It does work as long as I don't shut Firefox down of course. And it should help me pay more attention to what I'm working on on the computer, since I don't crave checking every ten minutes, because the widget checks every ten minutes for me. I like it, because it works, but it doesn't get rid of my craving to know what happened on the internet. If there isn't a friendslist to read, there's always Bloglines. And I haven't found a Firefox add-on for that yet.
