Adaptation

BBC1 will air a three-part adaptation of Jonathan Coe's The Rotters' Club next January. I really loved Coe's portrayal of three teenagers in the seventies in Birmingham. It's follow-up novel The Closed Circle has been standing on my "to buy"-list ever since I heard mr. Coe read a part of it (and making a bit of fun of the interviewer in the process).
