I'm not sure exactly. I've just been fascinated by the Romanovs since... I don't know when, and through reading countless books and biographies I got to know the city, and I ended up wanting to see it all for myself. And being there was such an experience, to actually be standing right in the places where the people I'd read about had been, and lived and worked. It made a really lasting impression, and the city is quite beautiful, besides.

I do snore when I've got a cold and/or when inebriated.

I think of myself as a helpful person. It didn't start when I became a teacher, but maybe the two are connected in a way. My helpfulness is not always appreciated though, because I tend to see both sides of a story and then people tell me I'm too damn understanding of the other party involved. Maybe that's a general flaw - I'm willing to find something positive in too many people and situations.

Why The Lion King?

When did you realise Kim was the girl for you? It's a long answer.
I was pretty sure way before I ever got to Texas. I can't exactly put my finger on a time then. But then I planned to just go meet her, and I was all prepared to never tell her much of anything and to just walk away when the visit was over. So the day I was supposed to go to Texas came and then her sister called to tell me that she was in the hospital and quite sick so we had to reschedule. I spent the next two or three days trying to get hold of her because she was that sick, and then when I did we decided I would come out in a week even though she was still going to be recuperating. I got to Texas the day she got out of the hospital. I actually showed up at the hospital at around the same time they decided she was well enough to go home, and then I was too nervous to go into the room and tell her I was there so I just sat outside her room on my suitcase looking in every once in awhile. It was seeing her that first time that made me realize I wasn't actually leaving without telling her I didn't want to. I don't know what made her realize but by the end of that first day we were in agreement. So six months and ten days later here I am and here we are. It's been a crazy year.

I don't know why, but I thought "Disney movie" and preferably one that gets the tears all going, hence The Lion King. It isn't even the best Disney I know, but it's one that sucks you in completely. You're a person who goes with the flow of her feelings, and I think films like these affect you...

Maybe Beauty and the Beast fits you better (with you being the beauty of course), but I've never seen it.

Well, I've got a subconscious that works in strange ways. When I do memes like this, suddenly things pop up that I didn't know I knew. It is possible I picked the link between Lolly and Disney movies up somewhere, but forgot about it, and then in a meme like this it pops up again.

Like sister luck's lizards. She had told me that. And the first time I had to associate her with an animal, I thought "lizard" without knowing why, so put it up. And she says "Hey, you remembered the lizards!" Seems she told me she likes lizards, but I forgot... Though not completely. I still made the connection.
