Customers or Costumers
Jul. 20th, 2006 04:32 pmI have a habit of misspelling customers as costumers. Usually P. spots the mistake before I make a fool of myself and you, dear readers, think I'm talking about costume designers. Still the mistake isn't that strange. This morning I went shopping at the street in Brussels that's renomated for its shops with designer clothes: Rue Dansaert. With the sales going on, you can buy some neat stuff for half of the actual prices, which makes skirts, jackets and blouses suddenly affordable. It's the first time I deliberately did some shops in Brussels' fashion district, and I must say: customers are costumers. You shouldn't look at the coat hangers to know if you'll find anything that might suit you. Just look at your fellow sales-huntresses. If their clothing is in a style that appeals to you, you've come to the right address. If, on the other hand, their appearance is dull, uninventive, and plain wrong you probably won't find anything that you might "dig".
