Food to keep you fresh! Take
  • one nectarine,
  • two kiwis,
  • one apple,
  • one orange,
  • two medium sized bananas.
Slice and dice. Put everything in a big bowl. Add the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon and one freshly squeezed orange. Stir.

Put in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Check every 5 minutes if your fruit salad is fresh enough to eat.

Yum!

Taking a peek in the frigde now and again is helpful, too.

We planned to make some gazpacho today, but then we were too lazy and had bruschetta instead.

Did some serious non-cooking today: sliced tomatoes, cut carrots... Great cold food and fruit salad for desert. :-)

Well, it's the one I made today. I usually just check what they have in the shop and cut it and add orange and lemon juice. I wanted to add melon as well, but they didn't have any in the shop.
