A lot of people using the internet, haven't got access to certain information, because it is blocked by their governments. They are in constant danger when they write their own thoughts on their blogs.
Amnesty International wants to make the repressed knowledge irrepressible by having as many websites as possible post this restricted information. Not everything can be repressed. Some things might just slip through.
If you have your own website that allows the use of java-script, consider putting up a little badge that adds irrepressible content to your site.
