P. and I went to the movies yesterday. It had great entertainment, explosions, lovely special effects. The only damned flaw was the script. P. had to listen to me talk and complain all the way back on the bus how I would have told the story of the last installment in the X-Men-saga. The Last Stand didn't live up to the stories in my head. Not in the least.

It's okay for an action movie, but it isn't as good and filled with back story as the two predecessors. I knew that going in, but still came out a bit disappointed. But, yeah, do come back to discuss it once I've processed some coherent thought about it.
