Results

This afternoon a doctor of the department for medical genetics called to inform me that the sample they took yesterday was contaminated with my blood. Nothing to fear, they can still use what they got to grow cells and do tests. It only means they haven't got material to work on for the "short" test, because they wouldn't know whether they're working with my blood cells or with the baby's cells. We were informed this might be the case, and it means we won't get any results earlier then three weeks from now. So I'll just press everything to the background, go to my regular appointment with my midwife in two weeks, and wait and see. Baby is still enjoying hirself inside.
