For the first time since forever I need to schedule my tv viewing, because there's simply too much on at once that I love to watch. After a two-week hiatus the first season of Forbrydelsen became even more loaded with suspense. We record this one on Friday, and view it a day later. Suddenly we noticed the second season of True Blood was on yesterday as well, right before Forbrydelsen, which meant some shuffling around with our schedule. We had recorded Sherlock on Saturday (to not interfere with wanting to see the next episode of Forbrydelsen) and wanted to see that rather lengthy episode on Friday before the second one was aired. So we count: We can watch Sherlock on Friday in a slot between the news and True Blood, and then record Forbrydelsen right after that because it's on too late to stay awake. On Saturday we watch Forbrydelsen and record the next episode of Sherlock. A good thing I decided to give The Tudors a miss, since the first episode wasn't that gripping. It'll be interesting when the other network starts showing the first season of Glee, which they intend to schedule on Saturday as well, because the rates were disappointing when it was in the Monday time slot. That'll mean pick and choose, and scheduling viewing sessions in between lesson prep during the week, because I can't record two things at once.
