Me: Look it's Angel prowling between the trees.
P.: Inside his own little circle of light.
That'll be the explanation for his lack of stealthiness in this episode. Willow says he's lost his edge, but how can one be stealthy when a bright spotlight appears above one's head when entering the town of Sunnydale?
*And also due to lack of BSG season 2.
