Frances' Obsession

Today the copy of Tim Burton's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" Piano/Vocal I had P. order for me off Amazon arrived. Since I came home and found it sitting on my desk, I've been engrossed in it, playing melodies on my keyboard and humming What's This, or Jack's Lament, or Sally's Song. The songs in itself aren't too difficult, and I know what they should sound like, so this is a welcome diversion of the hard work I put in guys like Verdi, Händel and Fauré.
